The Pine Mountain POA fiscal year runs from July 1 - June 30. Annual assessments are due in full on Jan 1 of the current fiscal year.
- Townhome: $4,200/year
- Single Family Home: $3,800/year
- Vacant Lot: $300/year

Safety with Firewise*
Pine Mountain is a registered Firewise Community. Each owner/resident is asked to help keep our community safer in the event of a wildfire. Keeping trees, brush, leaves away from homes & buildings helps make us all safer. A Firewise Information Packet is available along with a time sheet to record the work you do so the community can apply for grant money available.
