The annual assessment for the 2026-2027 fiscal year is $4,200/yr for Townhomes, $3,800 for Single Family Homes and $300/yr for vacant lots.

3. Is there a new buyer transfer fee?

Yes, a Transfer Fee of $500.00 is charged to all new home owners. The fee does not apply to lot purchases.

4. What are new construction requirements?

All new construction must apply through the PMPOA Environmental Control Committee for approval.
