PINE MOUNTAIN PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC CC&RS COMPLETE

The annual assessment for the 2025-26 fiscal year is $1,000/yr for properties with a home, $250/yr for vacant lots. 

Yes, a Transfer Fee of $500.00 is charged to all new home owners. The fee does not apply to lot purchases.

All new construction must apply through the PMPOA Environmental Control Committee for approval.
